General user
Will be you and who you work with day to day to deliver improvement!
Working together, you will create your own boards within your organisation, collaborate with others, share successes, learn from each other and meet any set reporting requirements.

Sponsor
Sponsors play a significant part in the successful rollout and adoption of Simana.
You will ensure that the implementation of Simana will target the organisations objectives and goals whilst supporting innovative improvement and transformation work across teams. You will track outcomes and identify resources to ensure the delivery of success.
Example roles:
- Director/ Associate Director
- Head of .. (i.e Nursing)
- Chief Quality Officer
- Clinical Lead
Admin
As the nominated Admin user of Simana you will have super user status with an advanced level access to the platform.
You will oversee everything, have access to all boards and users across your organisation and be responsible for the overall management and effective utilisation of Simana.
Example roles:
- Team Administrator
- Support Manager
- Support Officer
- Coordinator
Guru
Being a Simana Guru normally means that you are responsible for coaching, training and supporting staff using Simana. Providing guidance on not only how to use the platform, but also how to effectively use the tools innovatively to bring about improvement.
A key part of this role is to encourage team collaboration and spread learning across your organisation.
Example roles:
- QI Advisor/ Practitioner
- QI Lead / QI Coach
- Senior Improvement Advisor
- Programme/ Project Lead/ Manager
